Meet Our Director

Dawn Samuels is a qualified senior social worker with over twenty five years experience working with children and families for the duration of that time. Dawn studied at the Institute of Family Therapy and has completed Brief Solution Focused Training.

Dawn has been a full time training consultant for the past thirteen years delivering training across the UK to a very diverse group of foster carers, social workers and other care providers.

Throughout this time Dawn has recognised that cared for children need ongoing therapeutic interventions, of which she had been providing throughout her training.  Dawn has seen the outcomes of the training that has been provided in the form of stronger relationships between adults and children, which have manifested into more placement stability. Dawn fully understands that the information and knowledge carers are receiving through her training, will be extremely useful across the spectrum of all individuals/groups working with children, young people and in schools in particular.

Dawn feels passionate about children and young people experiencing positive relationships and experiences, which can then develop into strong attachments with the people who care and work with them. Dawn said ‘Young people are our future and we need to devote more time into ensuring they develop into a generation that will make the future virtuous’

Dawn prides herself on unique, interactive and an engaging style of training, which consistently receives excellent feedback by all of those who attend.
